As well as being the owner, Garry is a professional Chef who has worked world wide in 3 to 5 star hotels and private restaurants. He has won numerous awards both provincially and nationally. Our staff is second to none from cooks to wait staff to bartenders. They are hand picked, trained to be both professional and courteous.
