• Whiskey maple glazed chicken breast
• Wild mushroom stuffed chicken
• Prosciutto wrapped chicken
• Cornish hen stuffed with wild rice black bean ragout

Beef
• Roast prime rib of beef au jus with Yorkshire pudding
• Grilled strip loin with pink peppercorn mustard rub
• Bacon wrapped strip loin with goat cheese medallion on top
• Honey soy marinate flank steak demi drizzle

Fish
• Citrus marinated peppercorn crusted fillet of salmon
• Maple mustard glazed salmon with toasted mustard seed chive cream sauce
• Panko crusted cod with fresh lemon glaze

• Potato and spinach soup with thin slices of grilled Italian sausage

• Roquefort and pear salad with crisp bacon toasted pecans maple dijon vinaigrette
• Slow roasted cedar planked salmon atop cabernet risotto



Main Course
• Proscuitto wrapped chicken breast with roasted red pepper coulis
• Grilled beef tenderloin with wild mushrooms and caramelized shallots and port reduction
• Shallow poached Atlantic salmon with fresh herb butter sauce
• Grilled lamb Chops Crusted with Fine Herbs Mustard and Bread Crumbs Finished with Bourbon Jus and Mint Sauce
• Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Blueberry Peppercorn Sauce
